New case added: In our commitment to expand some of the areas in the curriculum we have fewer cases, today we are releasing a case to expand our “Professional Dilemma” section.
As such, we introduce you to our newest patient, who is a receptionist at your practice. She has been there for around 6 months but now struggles with some of her roles and responsibilities. Your practice manager has given her some amended duties, short-term, to help. She feels however that she can’t return to her previous roles, and that the PM is bullying her into it. She needs your help. Are you able to navigate this ethical minefield?
