1.1 Membership Subscription: The Website offers access to revision cases for the MRCGP exam for a monthly subscription fee of 11.99 ("Membership Fee"). By subscribing to the Website, you agree to pay the Membership Fee on a recurring basis until you cancel your membership.

1.2 Individual Use: Your membership is for personal use only, and you may not share your login details or allow multiple users to access the Website using your account. Each user must have their own individual membership.

1.3 Eligibility: To become a member and access the Website, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By accessing the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

3.4 Refunds: No refunds will be granted, either full or partial, for any unused time arising due to either; a) failure to cancel the subscription in a timely manner, b) for any unused time that may occur due to the exam or results date falling within your billing cycle.

3.5 When you sign up for our digital access plan you will be waiving your 14-day cooling off period right provided by the EU consumer rights regulation. This is so that we can provide digital content on the day that you sign up. Without waiving this right, you would need to wait 14 days after signing up before accessing our content.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

4.1 Website Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Website. However, we do not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times, and we shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the Website.
